Technical Experience

The company consists of 2 civil engineers who have 22 years combined experience in the field of civil engineering, structural engineering, construction and project management.

The engineers also worked for global companies which include Ove Arup.

Part of the experience include:

• Project management of low cost houses with budgets of at least R1,5 billion in North West Province in all 4 districts namely Ngaka Modiri Molema, Kenneth Kaunda, Bojanala and Dr Ruth Mompati districts. This involved ensuring construction of at least 13 000 houses per annum and provision of services to al least 10 000 houses per annum. Services provided included water reticulation, sewer reticulation, VIPs, roads and stormwater construction. Monthly meetings were held with municipalities and department.

• Experience in design of water, sewer, roads and stormwater drainage – e.g. design of water reticulation for John Qabuko Nkomo residential town worth US$1,1 million, Eastwood water stabilization ponds design, design of sewer, potable water internal reticulation and roads for proposed development Kadoma ext 4.

• Experience in structural design of church, university buildings and warehouses e.g. design of 6-storey Methodist Church, COTTCO depot, Midlands State University academic blocks, ZIMRA Scanners at all Zimbabwe borders.

• Experience in design and detailing of irrigation structures e.g. Nakambala Sugar Estate(Zambia) for irrigation structures i.e. flumes, earth dams, inlets and outlets, culverts. Silobela Dam design is also included.

• Experience in multi-storey structural design – been involved in projects of 2 storey to 25 storey building construction e.g. Donegall Quay in England and Joina City in Zimbabwe

• Interaction with high profile clients like MECs, Mayors, HODs and MM in the implementation of projects. The engineers also interacted with National Departments, NHBRC, SHRA (Social Housing Registration Authority, HAD and head of District municipalities).
